Shove?
I recently observed [iB] running a W/A Hammer with Shove. Unusual? Yes, but it seemed quite effective. He was spiking about every ten seconds, consistantly.
The bar looked like this:
Tiger's Stance
Shove {E}
Crushing Blow
Hammer Bash
Healing Signet
Death's Charge
Rush
Resurrection Signet
Shove/Crushing and Bash/Crushing every ten seconds. I know it's not a true spike, only dealing around 200+ damage total, but the fact that it doesn't require massive adrenaline build-up and that Shove is an fast, unconditional KD interested me. Throughout the portion of the game I had watched, I saw him kill almost every time he spiked, and that was alot.
I know they were just testing the skill, because their Shock Axe was using Triple Chop, but what do you guys think of the concept?

You only need 20 energy for the combo. TS > DC > Shove > Crushing.

Well that certainly is very fast for a Warrior spike, I quite like the concept and will have to try it.

I tried the build out and I was able to pull off a couple spikes really quickly. Energy isn't much of an issue, but you can always use a Zealous hammer.. You are using Tiger Stance.. >_>

I've been testing the build alot in AB and it works wonders. The best thing I noticed was that with a regular hammer chain, if you DC to an opponent and they catch on and start to kite, you have to run after them and catch up before swinging. With Shove, if they kite, since "touching" occurs right when you touch and not when the spell resolves, you can KD them while they are running, which is always really funny.
Energy was never a problem at all. In fact, I don't really remember even having to check the bar to make sure there was enough.
The only thing that pissed me off was Rush. With Shove and Bash, it's never charged. Sprint would be more avaliable, but that might actually push the energy envelope.
